Who we are
Since 2013, Vivid Construction has been helping customers make their ideas a reality. Based in Brighton and covering the whole of the southeast, our reputation for excellence has grown with us, and we’re extremely proud of it.
From small beginnings with big ideas, we are now 13 dedicated experts, each with their own distinct skills. Which means we can deliver on almost any project – from roofing and commercial offices to extensions and bricklaying, and from plastering and carpentry, to plumbing, gardens, groundwork and electricals.
We like to do our bit for the community, not only by being mindful and considerate of the places we work, but also by giving something back. Which is why we are proud to sponsor Mile Oak Football Club, and take part in numerous charity events across the year.

Ross Caitlin
Director
Owner and Director of Vivid Construction. Ross has over 15 years of experience in managing construction projects.
Graham Beauchamp
Supervisor
Graham joined Vivid Construction in 2023. With 40 years experience in construction, Graham has achieved SMSTS site manager training and a host of other skills throughout his career.
Max Goode
Roofer
Vivid’s longest serving member of staff. As well as roofing, Max can turn his hand to a multitude of different tasks. A good all rounder.
Chris Hind
Roofer
Chris is one of Vivid’s longest serving team members. A good all round roofer with a wealth of experience.
Dom Akehurst
Roofer
Dom joined Vivid in 2023 and has become a valued member of our roofing staff. With good all round roofing knowledge, including Flat roofs, Tiled roofs and Lead work. Dom is a welcomed asset to Vivid Construction.
Nick Tashin
Groundswork
Nick joined Vivid in 2023. Nick is a good all rounder, particularly skilled at groundworks, a good multi trader.

How long have you been doing this?
Vivid Construction has been making construction dreams come true across the southeast for over a decade… and we’ve got plenty of life in us yet, so if you’re wondering whether to get in touch with that idea you’ve been sitting on, here’s your opportunity to do just that.
What services do you offer?
Essentially, we cover almost all construction projects, except for metal roofing.
This includes (but is not limited to): Building, such as extensions and loft conversions, and even new builds; Brick laying, including garden walls, steps and repairs; Roofing, such as tiles, slates and flat roofing; Plastering, such as plaster boarding, internal plastering and crack repairs; Carpentry, including first and second fix, kitchens, fascia, soffits and guttering; Plumbing, including first and second fix, bathrooms and radiators; Garden and groundworks, drainage, footings, paths, fencing, slabs; and Electrical, including first and second fix, fuse boards, and rewires.This list isn’t exhaustive though, so if what you have in mind isn’t on the list, just get in touch, and we can discuss if our expertise fits your vision.
Do you provide quotes and free estimates?
Absolutely. Get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to discuss the (time and cost) estimate for your project. We are that unique combination of friendly and experienced, and we’re always happy to talk through the different options available to match both your vision and your budget.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured and we’re more than happy to provide proof of that if required. We have comprehensive liability insurance to protect our staff and our clients – so you can be sure everything is covered.
How far would you travel for a project?
We are based in Brighton, so most of our work tends to be in Sussex, but we happily cover the whole of southeast England. If your project falls outside that catchment area though, just get in touch and we’ll see if we can make your project work.
